Desktop Support/Business Support
Freehold, New Jersey
Direct Hire


This is a full time Desktop Support role with a twist, 50% of your time will be spent on the technical side and 50% will be helping the business with leasing, finance, Real estate etc.
  • Responsible to assist with relocation of office in the next 6 - 12 months - there will be 3rd party support but this person will assist as needed with all desktop support, networking, email etc.
  • Desktop Technician must be knowledgeable in Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory and familiar with help desk tools.
  • Desktop Technician has good verbal and written communication skills needed with a high focus on customer service.
  • Desktop Technician has the ability to provide solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity
  • Desktop Technician has experience in managing groups and user permissions
  • Advanced understanding of networks, PCs and hardware configuration
  • Assist with daily users issues as required (printers, email, desktop support)
  • Willing to spend 40 - 50% time on technical needs of company but also willing to work in different divisions of a large real estate company and learn new business skills (finance, leasing, real estate etc)
  • Work with 3rd party vendors as required
