Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving Tier II IT tickets escalated to your team to provide onsite installation, upgrade, or migration for Windows 10 with use of SCCM. Alongside Windows 10 deployment tasks, you will be able to provide support of third party software, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. For this position, we are seeking an individual who enjoys working with people and providing face to face IT support for end users. Your soft skills will be used quite a bit and you must enjoy social IT work!

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Desktop Support/Engineering.
- Windows 10 deployment experience.
- Ability to learn SCCM and adopt best practices for OS migration/deployment.
- Strong soft skills and ability to interact with non technical and technical end users. Supportive personality!
