Job Description

We are searching for a Desktop Support Technician to join our seven-person Network Services team. The Desktop Support Technician works in a collaborative environment to provide quality technical support to approximately 225 internal users primarily through face-to-face deskside support.
What You'll Do:
 Install, configure and maintain PCs and Mac computer related equipment.
 Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software and networks.
 Respond to technical questions from end users.
 Support various network and system administration and other technology-related projects to improve equipment and processes.
What You'll Need:
 Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 A minimum of one years' experience with technical support of hardware and software in a professional business environment.
 Mac computer configuration and troubleshooting experience required.
 Ability to operate Dell laptop and desktop computers, iPads, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office experience.
 Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, and Cisco networking experience a plus but not required.
 Excellent communication and customer services skills.
 Ability to communicate effectively and professional will all levels of the company.
