• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management

• Test implemented designs

• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning

• Handle code deployments in all environments

• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve

• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations

• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement development delivery

• Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages

• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards

• Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects

• Manage CI and CD tools with team

• Document and design various processes; update existing processes

• Improve infrastructure development and application development

• Follow all best practices and procedures as established by company


• The ideal candidate will be proficient in TFS and Azure as well as other Microsoft tools used by the enterprise. Strong practical experience with implementation of CI/CD pipelines for C# projects in TFS

• Strong practical experience with TFSVC and GIT

• Expert proficiency with PowerShell scripting

• Working knowledge of databases including MS SQL and Mongo DB

• Experience with Cloud deployment and Hybrid Solutions (On premise + cloud)

• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams

• Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment.


• Experience with server configuration automation (Ansible / Chef / Puppet)

• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies like (ELK, Kafka, Redis etc.).

• Experience with systems and IT operations - Linux, Google Cloud, AWS, Monitoring tools, etc.

• Experience with BIG data, queries and management.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience as a Dev Ops Engineer and/or other similar relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations.
