We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Director at our award-winning company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy/digital roadmap
  • Manage the content strategy and calendar for email, cart offers, GWP, best-in-class product pages and ongoing audits
  • Responsible for ensuring UGC regular optimization (via YotPo integration).
  • Oversee best-in-class retailer.com content (product pages, digital merchandising, content strategy).
  • Manage and train the rest of the team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Lead digital advertising content, including strategy, briefing and execution.
  • Partner with eCommerce team to drive strong ratings & reviews on DTC + identifying best cadence for retailer.com and syndication.
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Key contributor to compiling and analyzing ongoing tracking of DTC and retailer.com sales data; measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee and lead digital cross-functional team for strategy and execution including: Ecom, DTC, Creative, Product, Retail, Digital Ads, Social Media, Influencers and Analytics.
  • Measure and manage online content
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis
  • Build and inbound marketing plan
  • Anticipate sales performance trends
  • Organize and lead digital marketing team
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement


Digital Marketing Director requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; Masters or MBA a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Digital Marketing
  • Experience in a startup and/or founder-led company a massive plus
  • 3-5 years' experience in CPG or Beauty digital marketing is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Excellent understanding of the digital landscape, best-in-class practices for digital marketing across DTC and Retailer.com; in-dept knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience working with a direct-to-consumer business
  • Preferred experience both in mass and prestige categories
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Flexible, agile, open-minded and positive attitude with ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements
