Overseeing D365, CRM, O365, PowerApps, and Sharepoint environment.

Need to be a strong leader, not necessarily super technical - but need to have experience with D365 (not on-prem Dynamics).

Strong communicator is vital.
  • Lead a team, including managers and technical analysts that focus on supporting and delivering sophisticated and high-quality services, solutions, & tools based on Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft's digital workplace productivity apps, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Lead an effective governance and change management program for Microsoft Dynamics, Common Data Services, the Power Platform, and Microsoft's digital workplace apps, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Cultivate positive and trusting relationship with key stakeholders and Department Leadership, earning trust and building the team's reputation to innovate and deliver.
  • Work closely with the business leaders and stakeholders to define a robust and flexible roadmap for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, ensuring they are well understood to serve as a tool to manage emerging capabilities requirements, priorities and projects.
  • Manage vendors and key partnerships by holding them accountable for performance and expectations as well as leverage and drive them to increase product capabilities and functionality.
  • Partner with office of program management to lead cross functional, enterprise level initiatives based on Dynamics and the Power Platform. Implement and drive daily operational support services and provide leadership in the development of data strategies.
  • Ensure initiatives are well managed and delivered on expectations regarding quality, functionality, timeliness, and cost.
  • Foster a positive team environment, driving standards, consistency, collaboration, accountability, quality and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Build an open style of communication to promote the flow of ideas and build consensus across the Technology and business teams.
  • Coordinate the annual Technology budgeting process for the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and the greater Digital Workplace productivity suite of apps.
  • Work with the VP of Enterprise Architecture on the alignment of the technical roadmap and architecture.
  • Work with the VP of Enterprise Architecture and other Technology leadership on the creation and delivery of strategic roadmaps, plans and proposals, and playbooks with defined timelines, Level of Effort (LOE)s and Return on Investment (ROI)s.
  • Work with our Contact Center technology team to align a cohesive digital experience.
  • Serve as the primary solutions architect for Dynamics and the Power Platform, determining use cases and technical solutions to address business functional needs.
  • Liaison with Enterprise Data Management team for the definition and administration of the Common Data Services.
  • Lead the evolution of technical delivery for Digital Experience technologies through modern CI/CD principles, working with Software Engineering and DevOp on CI/CD processes for the solution stack.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous technical elements of the Power Platform.

    • Undergraduate degree with a technology focus and/or equivalent experience
    • 10+ years hands on experience and 7+ years in leadership capacity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform
    • 5+ years' experience in large & complex, multi/omni-channel outbound call center environments. (2,000+ agents)
    • 3+ years' experience with Microsoft's Power Platform
    • 5+ years' experience with REST based Service Oriented Architecture applications
    • 5+ years' experience with Azure PaaS & Service Fabric technologies.
