Director, Financial Systems (NetSuite) in Alpharetta, GA at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco is partnering with a top technology focused client in North Georgia who is looking for a Director of Financial Systems to bridge the gap between IT, Accounting and Finance, and working on several strategic projects related to technology.

Requirements:

• ERP system implementation experience
• Experience administering and modifying ERP software and Blackline in a global company.
• Experience with Hyperion and NetSuite
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills - writing queries and stored procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills - pivot tables and macros
• An excellent understanding of standard business practices related to accounting.
• 10+ years of experience with Accounting Systems

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess current systems and recommend new potential software decisions.
• Provide expertise, technical support, administration, and maintenance of all internal accounting systems - NetSuite, TM1, Hyperion, Salesforce, and Blackline.
• Develop and maintain an accounting systems road map highlighting the systems enhancements.
• Lead the process of identifying and implementing a new ERP solution.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot systems.
• Work with SQL databases to create reports and stored procedures.
• Support the internal and external audit functions as related to accounting systems.
