Job Details:

  • Lead Care Center Operations to include strategically transforming incoming customer service experiences and interfacing between stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Establish and oversee the full patient experience and provide valuable insight through data collection and analysis
  • Build and develop the inside sales team
  • Create and implement training materials, SOPs, call scripts, and closing tools
  • Create and track metrics
  • Budget management, P&L review and acting as key stakeholder in the patient experience
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Hire, train and develop a team and create programs to reward top performers

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 + years' experience
  • Supervisory customer service/call center management required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous experience in call center technology and redesign is a plus
