Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity with a pediatric health start up in Nashville for a brand new role - Director of Customer Success!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Drive new sales within existing customer health systems and lead
expansion revenue in the form of additional clinics, additional
devices, upsells, cross-sells, and new pricing strategy
● Drive revenue by converting Non-mandated Enterprise accounts to
mandated
● Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers as the key
relationship manager once account has been passed off by sales
representative after designated length of time
● Manage strategy for customer interaction at all points of the
customer lifecycle (e.g., activation, onboarding, training, support,
customer marketing, renewal check-ins, product feedback)
● Perform Quarterly Business Reviews of relevant opportunities
● Use intimate knowledge of customers to inform new product
features and co-create targeted innovation roadmap with Product
& Engineering teams
● Brainstorm and maintain initiatives to drive greater customer
adoption and engagement (e.g. proactive outreach, low-usage
follow-up) by following up on the proactive monitoring of usage
and behaviors of customers by Customer Support team
● Brainstorm ways to create additional value for customers and share
in that value by increasing average revenue per customer over
time
● When needed, serve as an internal auditor
