Job Description

Essential Job Functions
  • Oversee the business analytics and reporting department and the associated reports and applications
  • Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
  • Issue timely and complete financial statements
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
  • Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
  • Assist in the production of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
  • Provide for a system of management cost reports
  • Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
  • Reporting building and modeling capabilities
  • Assist in Monthly close process
  • Worked on Executive Committee at a multi-unit hospitality organization, including restaurants, retail, rooms, and banquets & catering operations
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxes, CPA highly desired
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Director of Finance at a multi-unit hospitality organization
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems
