Additional responsibilities of the Director of Finance include:

  • Lead annual operating plan cycle supporting the company's strategic priorities.
  • Prepares/guides monthly reporting on business segments and initiatives, directs the monthly business review and prepares internal management reporting.
  • Manage the weekly/monthly management reporting processes, including revenue, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, capital expense, and KPI.
  • Broad participation and leadership of the ongoing data strategy moving towards cloud-based systems with a modern integration while improving our abilities to answer key questions.
  • Analyze various complex financial issues such as industry and company financial and operating performance, future performance forecasts and statistical models
  • Manage capital processes to evaluate, approve and monitor investment decisions across new restaurant development, Information Technology and other strategic priority areas.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to provide financial analysis direction for operational decisions.
  • Leads and develops a high performing FP&A team covering a diverse set of areas and ensures understanding of key organizational priorities and initiatives.
