As a Director of Operational Accounting, you will be responsible for the management and development of finance teams worldwide!

Additional responsibilities of the Director role include:

  • Preparing key reports including monthly budget and monthly/quarterly analytical review and reporting of information in comparison to budget and prior year
  • Constructing board presentations and supporting Investor Relations team to prepare for analyst calls
  • Formulating business cases for CAPEX expenditures
  • Developing methods to track inventory turnover and developing actions to meet quarterly inventory targets
  • Educating management on process requirements and assisting with consolidation of information
  • Presenting final budgets to Senior Management

Essential Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 years or more of progressive finance/accounting experience in manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of major ERP systems
  • Master's degree in Accounting or MBA is preferred
  • CPA and/or CMA
  • Prior experience in Big Four public accounting
