Director of Operational Compliance (Financial Services) in Atlanta at Vaco

Vaco is helping a great client of ours find a Director of Compliance (banking / financial services background required).

JOB DETAILS

* Compliance lead (Compliance Operations); review/adapt policies for changes in compliance and regulations, assist with audit functions, will have to interface with the compliance management system, complaint management (from banks, BBB, FDIC, etc.)
o Doesn't need to interpret regulations, just operationalize them
* Coordinate and complete all government, regulatory, and compliance documents for all business units of the organization.
* Ensure that all team members complete the required compliance exams on an annual basis.
* Ensure that all activities of the organization comply with the rules and regulations governing the industry in which they operate.
* Collect data and monitor organization activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Keep current on industry rules and regulations.
