Hello! We are currently looking to hire a Director of Operations for a Health Care client in South Florida.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee day-to-day of organization, physicians, management personnel.
- Monitor financial performance and key indicators and work in cooperation with
- Work directly with the CEO and management team to establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures.
- Oversight of facility development, lease negotiations and other large vendor relationships.
- Implement strategic plans and standard operating procedures and best practices for all departments within the organization.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Director of Human Resources and other management.
- Develop training programs for staff to ensure optimization of talent within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness and implement changes required for improvement.
-Execution and monitoring success of organizational goals, policies and procedures

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- MBA required or Master's degree in medical administration, or a related area, desired.
- Executive management experience in multi-specialty/location medical group practice, minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Superior communication skills, ability to effectively convey complicated concepts and information and transparent, collaborative, and consensus-building approach to working with others.
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, managed care plans, and medical computer billing systems.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
