Job Summary

The Director of Operations will manage the entire day-to-day operations of the business and report to the Board of Directors. In this role, the Director will manage warehouse employees and overall production, in addition to managing two Vice Presidents: one for business development and one for Accounting/Compliance/HR. This is a great next step for someone with 10+ years in business and wants to drive growth and make an impact on an organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility of the operations of the business
  • Maintain and create necessary processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations and company performance
  • Foster and maintain agile and focused culture that creates value for customers and strengthens relationships
  • Manage warehouse employees and overall production
  • Empower Business Development, Compliance/Accounting/HR leaders to manage effectively
  • Manage top customer relationship, Fortune 500 business
  • Work with investment partners on M&A activities
  • Provide underlying vision behind hiring plan and initiatives, accounting for expected needs of customers
  • Establish and maintain successful business partnerships


  • Experience managing employees in an executive role
  • Experience operating in a small, fast growing business
  • Strong track record of building and nurturing customer relationships
  • 10 years of related experience
  • Track record of excellence, ideally in IT services space
