Description:

  • Develop and execute an operational plan to increase the number participating firms that buy and sell homes using ecosystem
  • Increase system-wide speed-to-close and offer-value received by our home sellers by exponentially growing our network of partner-clients
  • Participate as an active contributor to industry conferences to network, promote and educate the industry on our partnership value proposition
  • Work with partners in product, marketing and technology to develop new products and processes to expand our marketplace of home buying and selling opportunities with partners
  • Create effective approaches to closing new relationships and strategic alliances

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
  • 7+ years of business development, sales or marketing experience required
  • 7+ years of residential real estate related experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with in the residential real estate investment sector
  • Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 25% Travel required

Ideally, You Also Have:

  • Owned and invested in residential real estate business personally
  • Have a strong sales background
