Essential Job Functions:

• Healthcare experience required (from an organization with direct patient contact)
• Multi-state and multi-site experience required.
• Must have a high understanding and proven ability in providing accurate hiring analytics and creating strategic plans for the talent acquisition department.
• Hands-on recruiting support as well as working closely with leadership in a strategic manner.
• Manage, and lead a team.
• Develop and maintain the TA budget.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain a strong TA analytics platform while also identifying key talent metrics bia databases/dashboards and various other tools.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition industry.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Proven background in creating strong talent acquisition programs
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRPM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP)
• Knowledge of interview assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviews) preferred
• Open to a contract position
