Essential Job Functions:
- Healthcare experience required (from an organization with direct patient contact)
- Multi-state and multi-site experience required.
- Must have a high understanding and proven ability in providing accurate hiring analytics and creating strategic plans for the talent acquisition department.
- Hands-on recruiting support as well as working closely with leadership in a strategic manner.
- Manage, and lead a team.
- Develop and maintain the TA budget.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain a strong TA analytics platform while also identifying key talent metrics bia databases/dashboards and various other tools.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Proven background in creating strong talent acquisition programs
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRPM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP)
- Knowledge of interview assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviews) preferred
- Open to a contract position
