Job Description

Vaco Staffing is currently seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher/ Customer Service Agent for a Regional Client of ours. Dispatch experience preferred, but not necessary.

Job Duties of Dispatcher/ Customer Service Agent would include (but not limited to):

  • Dispatching Technicians to Service Appointments.
  • Notifying, Delaying & Rescheduling Appointments.
  • Outbound Calls to Follow Up on Service Appointments.
  • Prioritizing Service Appointments/ Technician's Daily Schedules.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements of Dispatcher/ Customer Service Agent:

  • Provide timely and quality responses to technicians and customers alike.
  • Desire to learn and advance as a Dispatcher in the HVAC/ Plumbing Industry.
  • Possess Sense of Urgency and Multi-Task.
  • Handle high pressure situations with ease and professionalism.
  • Type 40-60wpm, Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Programs, Must be Computer Savvy!
  • Candidate must be a self- motivated and an organized individual.
  • Must be able to adapt and make adjustments to adversity.
  • Flexible to work rotating holidays and weekends as required
