Job Description

This established, rapidly growing medical records company is in search of a division CFO to work directly with leadership in strategizing, planning, and executing the financial vision of the company. Expertise in cost accounting as well as effective leadership skills are a must.

Salary: $200K - $230K


  • Work with senior leadership to execute financial vision and goals, including annual profit plan
  • Oversee FP&A for the division and use results to guide senior leaders
  • Develop and oversee a cost accounting system and effective cost accounting strategies
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
  • Advise executive management team on various business and financial decisions
  • Lead team of 4 analysts


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management
  • Prior CFO experience
  • 15+ years of experience in finance/accounting, including FP&A
  • Expertise in cost accounting
  • Background in healthcare
