Job Description

Vaco Atlanta Staffing is searching for a Document Management Specialist for a great client in the downtown Atlanta area. This role is temp-perm, ASAP start, and $13-$15/hr pay range (depending upon experience).

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prep documents according to specific request
  • Collect and sort mail
  • Distribute mail to correct department
  • Perform quality review of the prepared records
  • Manually count of files prior to prepping and after prepping
  • Scan documents into specific client database using client specific imaging software
  • Compare electronic version to paper version
  • Follow requirements for sorting and organizing records
  • Perform any other duties required to collect and prepare records and setup and operate computer/scanning equipment including data entry of records and quality control requirements associated with production requirements


Required Experience:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures involved in document imaging
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • One plus years of related experience - experience with large format printing is a big plus (e.g., construction blueprints etc)
  • Experience with Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented with good organization, communication and documentation skills
  • Strong data entry skills are preferred for some of the roles our client will have but not required for all roles - please indicate whether you have strong data entry skills
