Job Description

Vaco has been engaged by a client who is looking to add a Document Specialist within their corporate office. This person ensures timely and accurate processing of faxes, e-mails, pending and delivery requirements, new applications and other mail items as assigned. The ideal candidate is adaptable to new and changing situations and is easily able to multi-task.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience with administrative processing systems preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in an office environment with customer interaction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail

Abilities:

  • Work under pressure, deadlines and meet strict service level agreements
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving skills
  • Must be able to handle quickly changing priorities and keep work moving under adverse conditions
  • Maintain professional demeanor and provide a high level of customer service
