Door to Door Sales Lead

Location: Kansas City

Description:

Assist in the execution of the acquisition strategy for single family home owners by supervising the daily activities and performance of local brand ambassadors, coordinating the placement and operation of remote retail locations, and conducting miscellaneous research projects. This position reports to the local Consumer Acquisition Manager.


Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the sales team (15-20 reps) to meet business objectives

Oversee the execution of acquisition events targeting single family home owners

Research placement options for remote retail locations and coordinate renovations

Coordinate the scouting of upcoming activation areas to support planning efforts

Build and maintain relationships with HOA/community leaders and advocates

Represent the client at local community events and conduct presentations to educate residents about the client's service options and sign-up process

Provide ongoing sales training and coaching to local brand ambassadors

Hold weekly team meetings with brand ambassadors to communicate key decisions and review performance

Escalate customer concerns and issues to customer support team as needed

Assist with screening & interviewing of new candidates

Assist in the development of weekly/monthly sales reports


Qualifications:

4 year college degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience

2+ years of sales experience with proven results

1-2 years of staff management/leadership experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Thrives in ambiguity

Intermediate data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
