Job Description

Our Client is currently looking to add an e-Commerce position to their product management and e-Commerce team. Seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a strong interest in e-commerce, marketing, and analytics. The e-Commerce candidate must be very familiar with Microsoft Office and online marketplaces. Applicants should be tech savvy, analytical, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Magento. This position encompasses both the listing optimization aspect (rewriting and optimizing product titles, correcting errors that prevent listings from showing, creating strategic keyword search terms, suggesting content improvements, creative bundling, keeping up with new features introduced at each platform, and constantly experimenting with strategies to get our listings ranked highly within marketplace searches) as well as various marketplace marketing aspects. There will be consistent interaction with our marketing, product management and warehousing teams.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the listings, reporting and optimization of products listed on company's retail website and external marketplace platforms including maintenance of keywords, titles, categories and descriptions.
  • Ensure that all products are listed and resolve any issues or glitches that may hinder this in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of ecommerce content in listings.
  • Assist in planning/coordination of products for advertising and promotion. Create and monitor ecommerce promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze information and make educated decisions.
  • Run reports related to sales and traffic. Provide insightful, clear and relevant analysis that can provide opportunities and solve problems.
  • Maintain merchandising calendar for website home and landing pages.

  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of Automotive Tools and Equipment a plus
