Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute on important initiatives
  • Execute initiatives through strategic mediums including CMS, EMS and SMS platforms
  • Support the marketing team with the distribution of content across the .com
  • Perform site operations, maintenance, QA and audits
  • Take an assertive operational approach to process improvements
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to provide timely responses to customer service inquiries
  • Committed to making the .com a better consumer experience
