Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for account and relationship management with Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate has a high drive for results and has demonstrated experience driving business and accountability through various program channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
  • Create and manage long-term goals for Sales and Marketing team
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of projects, financial performance and program status
  • Account and relationship management for Amazon and eBay - vendor/client relationship, plus management of sales numbers and explanation inside and outside of PlanITROI
  • Manage relationships and business strategies with OEM partners
  • Perform Inventory Analysis, highlighting issues, opportunities, bridging gaps, and presenting findings to team and Executive Leadership Team
  • List and sell products on marketplace channels to achieve quarterly revenue & margin goals

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience managing an Amazon and/or eBay account
  • Direct experience managing an Amazon account with understanding of Amazon marketing, Amazon SEO, BuyBox and FBA
  • Direct experience managing an eBay account and working with eBay buyers for deal promotions with understanding of eBay SEO, keywords, eBay marketing
  • Nice to have: experience listing Channel Advisor, Solidcommerce, Sellercloud or other listing software
  • Demonstrated Quick Learner, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Organized, Multi-Tasker
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Expertise in project management tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
