EDI Analyst in Memphis, TN at Vaco

Job Description

Experience with EDI specifically supporting customers is required

• Coordinate, resolve and troubleshoot EDI issues
• Experienced working on technical mapping of EDI
• Experience developing custom solutions
• Ability to work with stakeholders to determine needs and find solutions
• Meeting with business and IT users in requirements gathering/functional design sessions
• Creating required project documentation (Business Requirements documents, Functional design documents, testing scenarios, etc.), and maintaining project issues logs
• Communicating with leadership on status of projects as well as assisting with maintaining project plans and interfacing with external vendors as required for project development
• Triaging bugs and/or defects within
