DescriptionLooking for a smart, talented Endpoint Administrator/Analyst. Seeking a professional with 5 years of experience in the areas of endpoint configuration and asset management, endpoint protection (incident response and remediation).
The Endpoint Administrator will join a team of over 4,500 professionals and staff. Its affiliates operate over 315 offices in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Alabama. At the corporate headquarters in Orange, California the Endpoint Administrator will be instrumental to the success of an exciting and fast paced IT organization.
The Endpoint Administrator's role is to support a variety of endpoint form factors - IoT, workstations, and servers. Operational availability and securing the various endpoints are the highest priority of the Endpoint Administrator. This can be achieved with tools which include coding, automation, and vendor-developed consoles.

* Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Endpoint Analyst or Administrator.
* Expert knowledge of patching and software deployment and their evergreen management. Preferred experience with Ivanti Endpoint Management Console. Helpful experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and/or PDQ Deploy-Inventory
* Ability to communicate and establish metrics to report on patching and software deployment success and failure
* Expert knowledge of endpoint organization within Active Directory (AD DS) with attention to computer OUs, GPOs, and security groups
* Expert knowledge of endpoint security (detection and response) with Crowdstrike. Helpful experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection and file auditing platforms (i.e. Tripwire Enterprise)
* Experience with Ansible would be preferred.
* Expert knowledge in PowerShell. Experience with Python would be helpful
* Comfortable in supporting heterogenous endpoints predominantly Windows endpoints
* Familiarity with the use of CI Security and the CIS workbench
* Intermediate knowledge with HITRUST CSF, HIPAA, and PCI
* Familiarity with VMWare Horizon View and developing production desktop images
* Experience with DNS, DHCP, and DFS
* Must be self-motivated and capable of working with Information Systems team and other business areas to align business requirements with system solutions.
* Responsible for working with infrastructure, operation, application, and project teams to provide expert technical support of corporate data center systems.
* Work with other administrators in developing and maintaining current Active Directory computer and user policies. Maintain change control management of policy settings and procedures.
* Enforce the company's data security policies.
* Develop and maintain ongoing methods to reduce administrative overhead
* Develop and maintain endpoint documentation.
* Require minimal supervision.
* Provide end user training where required.
* Competent in the use of documentation tools including Visio, Excel, and Word.
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Possess and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications and presentation skills.
* Work well in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment,
* Degree in computer systems a plus.
* This position requires flexibility in working hours. This individual has 24/7 on-call responsibilities shared with the team.
