• Assign tasks to engineers
• Managing and hiring multiple in-house and external software developers, in addition to supporting and advancing team members in their career objectives
• Gauge progress of various projects
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to create new products
• Propose budgets for various projects
• Create reports to give updates on projects
• Attend trade shows and conferences
• Train new employees

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field
• Great analytical and math skills
• Incredible problem solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with many other teams
• Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
• MBA or Master's in engineering preferred
• Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
• Ability to give constructive criticism
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Java, Kafka, backend microservices, restful APIs
• B2B SaaS experience is a must. Looking for folks who are designing security focused B2B SaaS applications
• They need to have at least managed 5-6+ folks for at least 3-5+ years
