As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical expertise related to the support and implementation of software applications utilized by the organization. This role will be leading our development team (only 1 or 2 people to start with) and will be helping us take our current platform and revamp it to a more modern cloud based architecture. This resource will start by doing all the design work, then be very hands on coding and building it out, and then transitioning more to a leadership role overseeing the application teams down the line.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Product Design and Development
o Design and develop highly scalable cloud-based N-tier applications
o Design and document architecture diagrams and solutions for web-based health IT applications
o Develop and code applications using recognized industry technologies
o Serve as a subject matter expert on certificate-based security on web applications and application servers
o Design and support relational and transactional database
o Translate requirements into design solutions for high availability and highly scalable applications
o Utilize multitasking skills to manage several concurrent development and support projects
o Prepare detailed high/low level design documentation

* Willingness to be hands on designing and developing an updated platform, and then transition to IT leadership position overseeing the application teams.
* Technical experience in software platforms, specifically Windows platforms and Microsoft Azure Cloud administration.
* Technical experience with highly secure architectures, penetration testing tools and OWASP Top 10 or similar secure coding principals.
* Technical experience with application software such as relational databases, reporting tools, interface platforms, data mapping tools, underwriting systems, and healthcare medical record systems.
* Experienced with HL7 clinical data structures and CDA/CCD clinical payloads.
* Experienced in using Windows Communication Foundation and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for development and deployment.
* Significant experience Visual Studio (min 3 years) and .NET 4/4.5 or newer
* Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery
* Experience developing web services with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
* Experience with web service standards and techniques such as SOAP, WS-*, ReST, JSON, XML
* Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology
