As an ERM Consultant, you will utilize your expert-level understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) techniques in order to assess the company's exposures and develop a strong understanding of the current risks. From this, you will then establish an effective framework for the company.

Your areas of responsibility in this role will generally include:

  • Participating in the development of an ERM program
  • Conducting risk assessments as well as monitoring and reporting risks
  • Designing acceptable EMR and compliance processes and procedures
  • Implementing metrics, dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ensuring that the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and the strategic imperatives of the organization
  • Recommending best practices to mitigate and reduce risk in all business areas
