Job Description

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for Reconciling A/P statements and matching purchase orders to invoices for approval.

Essential Functions

  • Filing
  • Reconciling A/P statements
  • Maintain A/P vendor files
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices and getting approved
  • Assist with matching checks to vendor invoices
  • Assist Accounting department in various projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors

Knowledge of:

  • Excel
  • Outlook

Competencies
