Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing telecommunications company in Cold Spring, KY, looking for ambitious, friendly and dependable customer service representatives.

You will work in a fast paced, flexible environment providing excellent customer service to our consumers. You will act as the front line of support to customers, handle transactions, process refunds and troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
