Entry Level NAP Internal Recruiter

National Accounts Program - "Recruiting Specialist"

Permnanat opportunity
$35,000/yrly + commission

****This is an entry level position, we are looking for candidates who have a driven outlook
This is a great entry level position for someone who has recently graduated

We are looking for the brighest and sharpest talent to join our collobrative internal recruiting team. New college graduates are welcome but you must have a college degree to apply. All educational backgrounds are welcome however we are looking for outgoing, energetic self starter personalities, as they have proven to be the most successful in our competitive enviornment.

Position Overview

This position will be responsible for the remote recruitment and engagement of candidates in conjunction with Job requisitions received through national account client contracts. Responsibilities will include the aggressive sourcing and establishment of candidates/ candidate pools based on the specific skills, compliance and geographic requirements of requisitions received. We recruit across all position and industries (IT, Healthcare, Admin, Design, Engineering, Telecom, Marketing, etc.), and our clients consist of large, enterprise corporations and Fortune 500s who have a national presence. This role will be multifaceted in that, in addition to recruitment responsibilities, there may initially be some "Program management" responsibilities as well. Our main recruiting tools consists of our own Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn), Boolean searches on job boards, LinkedIn, as well as "outside of the box" recruiting strategies and sources.

The majority of these requisitions are very time sensitive, so a key aspect of the position will be to be able to source and recruit multiple positions in a very timely manner. Additional responsibilities will include the execution of a full cycle evaluation, qualifying and interviewing process for potential candidates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree
  • The candidate must have an excellent ability to source qualified candidates remotely, be engaging and confident over the phone and via email communication.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft office suite (MS Word and Outlook are used daily).
  • A strong ability to multitask and work on multiple positions at once is a vital part of this role as well as being organized and flexible.
