Vaco is assisting a well established company in the Columbus area identify an Executive Assistant for the companies President. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, advanced technical skills and previous administrative experience supporting at the executive level. Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents and reports for team members and industry partners
  • Heavy calendar management (schedule all meetings and appointments)
  • Book travel and prepare itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Facilities management
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the administrative field
  • Bachelors degree preferred but experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Experience with calendar management, booking travel, budgeting and expenses
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills(Outlook, Microsoft office, advanced excel skills preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality
