Job Description

Vaco is working with a top Birmingham company to identify an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's daily activities, travel, internal and external communication with investors, and event planning. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment so all applicants must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and "switch gears" with ease.

Professional Requirements:

  • All applicants must have 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Admin support a C-Suite executive.
  • Must be polished and professional with HIGHLY refined communication skills.
  • Must be extremely trustworthy and have an appreciation for confidentiality as well as possess an exceptional level of initiative and energy.
  • Must have possess a solid financial acumen, understanding of general accounting principles and solid software skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution is strongly preferred.
