Responsibilities:

  • Perform admin task for CEO including managing calendars, answering calls, scheduling appointments, arranging travel plans, and setting up meetings
  • Research, analyze, and follow up on issues and determine appropriate actions and response
  • Serves as a liaison between the corporate department head, staff, and other members of the company
  • Create internal and external memos

Administrative Tasks:

  • Filing, copying, creating and storing files
  • Answering phone calls and setting meetings
  • Manage personal calendar, arrange travel plans, and appointments

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 to 10 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (word, powerpoint, excel)
  • Must be able to travel, as needed.
