Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Executive calendar in Microsoft Outlook, schedule meetings, general calendar management
  • Create and process travel and business expenses, reconcile and respond to any auditing or finance requests
  • Reserve conference rooms, handle catering for meetings and schedule all video and voice conferences
  • Screen, prioritize and redirects/forwards phone calls; manage the call-­back list
  • Serving as an Assistant to the HR Operations team
  • Interfaces with employees, external partners, guests, etc. on behalf of Executive


  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits professionalism
  • Flexibility for extended hours if needed
  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience
