Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Birmingham, AL
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Vaco has been engaged by a long standing, Birmingham-based company to identify a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other C-level stakeholders. This role will provide all requested day-to-day support to our CEO in a professional and capable way while anticipating future needs of the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule and activities as well as scheduling and managing extensive travel. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for external communication with investors and clients. It is essential that Executive Assistantbe able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite/top level executive is required.
  • Must be polished and professional with HIGHLY refined communication skills.
  • Must be extremely trustworthy and have an appreciation for confidentiality as well as possess an exceptional level of initiative and energy.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution is strongly preferred.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills; tests will be given.
