Vaco has been engaged by a prestigious, Birmingham-based company to identify an Executive Assistant to support the CFO and two other top-level executives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for not only managing the CFO's daily schedule and activities but also managing many projects for other executives in the C-Suite. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for external communication with internal and external and clients.

Professional Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the financial industry
  • Must be polished and professional with HIGHLY refined communication skills.
  • Must be extremely trustworthy and have an appreciation for confidentiality as well as possess an exceptional level of initiative and energy.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution..
