Vaco Triad is currently seeking a Rock Star Executive Assistant, with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job at an exciting company in the Triad area. This is a contract to hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing and lively organization within a creative industry.

What This Position Is All About:
The Executive Assistant is responsible from providing the highest level of support to any Senior Level Executives. Must be a self-starter and able to take ownership of projects with a willingness to learn all platforms and programs in the department. He/She must be detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment. The incumbent must hold a strong relationship with all business partners; maintain a high level of professionalism, personal standard behavior and appearance. The highest level of confidentiality is required in the role.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills


As the Executive Assistant, You Will:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting all guests.
  • Conference Room Management.
  • Manage Outlook calendar and phone for Executive Office.
  • Extensive booking of travel arrangements including - flights, hotels, cars, reservations, etc. (both domestic and international).
  • All expense reporting and reimbursement.
  • Order and manage all office supplies for Executive Office (including pantry).
  • File and maintain all paperwork confidentially.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to complete projects.
  • Back up support to other Executive Assistants.
