Our client, a privately owned and globally respected company, located near Ewing, NJ is adding a Executive Assistant to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and Scheduling CEO's Schedule and Travel.
  • Prepare CEO's multi currency expense reports.
  • General Administrations Duties
  • Manage Vendors and important contacts for CEO

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Experience with Executive Level Administration
  • Extremely organized with Top Notch Scheduling Skills.
  • Experience planning complicated travel and coordinating with many different people in different time zones.
