Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a high-energy Executive Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel and other company executives by drafting documents in Microsoft Word, conducting research, preparing reports and legal summaries, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. To be considered for this role, you must have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, self-sufficiently perform in a fast-paced environment, and experience working in a legal or real estate environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft reports, memos, letters and other documents using Microsoft Word and other relevant computer software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and other documents.
  • Provide administrative support for Treasury Management platform.
  • Compose and prepare timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
  • Supports key leadership members of the organization and performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
  • May prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all company activities.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Associate Degree
  • Experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to executives in a major function within a legal, or real estate, professional environment.
