Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Birmingham, AL
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus and incentives

Vaco has been engaged by a long standing, Birmingham-based company to identify an Executive Operations Assistant to support multiple C-level stakeholders. This role will provide all requested day-to-day support in a professional and capable way while anticipating future needs of the organization. This person will be responsible for managing schedules, external communication with investors and clients, reporting, and gathering information for presentations as needed. It is essential that Executive Operations Assistant be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Professional Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial support role is required.
  • Must be polished and professional with HIGHLY refined communication skills.
  • Must be extremely trustworthy and have an appreciation for confidentiality as well as possess an exceptional level of initiative and energy.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution is required, financial background preferred.
