  • Must have call center experience and be comfortable on the phone
  • Customer service background
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Heavy data entry
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Contacting potential plaintiffs via phone- high volume
  • Gathering applicable information and entering into a spreadsheet
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills - deescalating calls
  • High attention to detail and the ability to decipher information
