EXTERNAL FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER (SEC REPORTING)

Vaco has been engaged by a fast growing company in its search for a Manager of Financial Reporting (SEC) in Dayton. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to segue from Big 4 public accounting (audit) into industry. (Work remote offered for 3 days/week)

This critical, highly visible role will be responsible for a variety of functions, including:

• SEC / External Financial Reporting
• SOX and GAAP Compliance
• Treasury management and compliance
• Driving process improvements
• Working closely with CFO

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• CPA designation
• SEC reporting experience (or SEC clients) required
• Public Accounting experience
• Strong GAAP understanding
• SOX compliance experience
• History of job stability required for consideration
• Desire for future career growth
