Job Description

File Clerk

The File Clerk organizes records in an efficient manner enabling easy and quick retrieval. This position is a full time, temporary opportunity for about 4-6 weeks.


  • Scan forms, records, and various documents
  • Organize and file scanned documents to the appropriate location on shared drive
  • Research, retrieve, copy and disseminate information contained in files as requested.
  • Assist with purging and maintenance of files.
  • Keep records confidential
  • Ensure copy machines are filled with paper and are operational at all times.

    Required Experience:
    • High School diploma of GED
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Experience handling high volume of paperwork
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
