Job Description: This highly visible role requires a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate with a proven track record of fostering relationships across functions and levels, allowing for the opportunity to engage with business leaders on a regular basis. This person must thrive on change, solving new problems, and rapidly breaking new ground on business models. If you're not afraid of working with large amounts of data, you'll get the chance to make it all come together into meaningful metrics used to make strategic business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis across revenue and operating expense planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key performance indicators and relevant industry metrics.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in revenue projections and KPI's, enabling the sales leaders to "see around the corner" regarding business trends.
  • Analyze and report on monthly budget/forecast vs actual results; develop actionable insights and recommended actions to address business issues and trends.
  • Develop constructive, collaborative relationships within the company and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the FP&A team, assisting in the administration, improvement, and development of scalable processes and tools used for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis upward for decision-making analysis.
  • Support broader FP&A initiatives including process improvements and systems implementations.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in financial analysis to include some combination of financial planning, modeling, profitability, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similarly quantitative/analytical degrees.
  • Top-notch Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data linking) and software skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and levels of management including C-level executives.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred, not required.
