Are you a sharp and experienced Senior Financial Analyst who is ready to step into a hands-on management role? Do you have strong foundational knowledge in accounting from prior experience in public accounting or as a GL Accountant? Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, projections, working with counterparts in other countries, and managing one Analyst. What do you need for this Finance Manager role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Must have strong accounting knowledge from either an audit background or in a prior GL role
  • Must be highly analytical
  • Must be able to be in a hands-on finance role

What will you do in this Finance Manager role?

  • Coordinate and execute yearly budgeting, quarterly forecast, and long-term financial plan
  • Work with business unit leaders to prepare corporate budgeting and forecasting
  • Analysis of company's financial projections and cash flows
  • Prepare consolidated financial packages
  • Variance analysis of monthly budget to actuals
  • Create partnerships with the accounting team
  • Explore, reconcile, and document substantial variances
  • Provide assistance with preparing presentations to the board, shareholders, and financial institutions
  • Track and execute debt compliance requirements
  • Management reporting and analysis
