Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their growing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with SVP/GM as a leader in the Industrial management team to create and sustain a culture of entrepreneurialism ad accountability - creating a set of metrics and dashboards that will be used to determine the short term and long-term health of the business
- Support the Sales team with customer relationships, analysis, and review of contracts & sales agreements to ensure expectations are in line with business goals and objects
- Support Supply Chain with both regular and a hoc analysis to ensure reliable delivery at or below expected costs
- Interact with technical and managerial leaders from across the parent company to ensure resources are secured and best practices are shared
- Proactively communicate and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to work towards Best in Class manufacturing of product at cost expectations; ensuring alignment with Budget
- Coordinate with VP, Engineering to review project schedules, costs, non-conformance and risk analysis activities
- Act as the ERP "Super user", and provide (or coordinate) necessary ERP training for the Ind/Comm staff
- Coordinate and communicate with Engineering on all ongoing Value Engineering activities including ideation, feasibility analysis, and execution
- Work with each Director/Manager in the Industrial/Commercial division to implement budgets that are challenging but achievable
- Direct all budget, forecast and S&OP processes and work with Hunter Corporate office and Industrial SVP/GM to ensure linkage and alignment with corporate objectives
- Manage all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (GAAP) for the Industrial/Commercial Division; inclusive of annual Audits as required by CFO/Controller
- Provide financial expertise to the Industrial SVP/GM and to the organization to ensure that the business outcome is as expected or to fully communicate and defend when the business outcomes are different than expectation
- Coordinate and oversee the Pricing and FP&A efforts along with Product Marketing resources

Education /Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance or Operations. CPA and/or MBA degree preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience with focus in Finance with relevant Operational experience
- JDE experience a plus
- Lean process qualifications are a plus
- Process and program management experience strongly preferred.
