We are currently recruiting for an Finance Manager for an established, global corporation headquartered in the Richmond, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis staff in the areas of financial analysis, forecasting, budget preparation and performance reporting for area of responsibility.

• Consult and interface with business groups to assist in development of strategy and oversee application, publication and explanation of balanced score card data.

• Provide analytical support and work with stakeholders on improvising the level of budgeting accuracy.

• Consult with business groups to ensure their understanding of the impact that decisions have on the bottom line.

• Support preparation of long term (10 year) plan for the business.

• Own financial modeling to enable the long term business planning including business plan views, asset valuations, commercialization etc.

• Work with regional teams and functional leaders to align on costs, investments and commercial assumptions of each asset/business to ensure success.

• Run sensitivity analysis on the business scenarios

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of large corporate FP&A, finance and operations analysis experience
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; particularly in communicating financial data to non-finance teams in a meaningful way
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to provide input into judgmental areas
• Ability to create business partnerships and influence business owners and processes
